Shipping Policy
Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order varies between 1 to 8 weeks after the order has been placed. Depends on the demand.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS

Estimated delivery time:
USA and PR: 3-9 days after the processing time.
International Shipping: 6-10 days after the processing time.

These estimates can vary, I'll try to meet them but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend completely on the shipping method. Once the package is dispatched from Puerto Rico, I will have no control over the delivery and therefore are not responsible for any lost packages.
Return Policy
You have to inform me that you want to return a piece. Send a message to pao.padilladzn@gmail.com and include your name, address, email, order number, and which product you would like to return.

I gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.

You stand for the shipping cost of the return and the product must be in the same exact same condition as they were when you received them (new) Therefore they must be packed carefully in the original packaging.

We take the right to not fully refund the original amount if the product's condition is damaged or used.
I do not accept cancellations, but feel free to contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned due to the nature of their order unless they are damaged.
